Hotel Management is the operations app Rammein built for hotels. The room board, reservations, rates, folios, group stays, housekeeping and night audit run in the same panel.
The app is live at otelyonetim.rammein.com.tr. Room status is followed by branch; available, occupied and out-of-service rooms are kept apart.

How it works
From reservation to departure
Reservation
You record the guest and the arrival and departure dates.
Check-in/out
Check-in and check-out are confirmed in the panel.
Housekeeping
After departure the room is moved to housekeeping and then to available.
Scope
What the panel includes
Room board
Room number, type, photo and status (available, occupied, maintenance) appear on the board and in the list.
Rates and folios
Room rates are defined. The stay account is followed on a folio.
Group reservations
A group stay across several rooms is managed from one record.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping tasks are updated from the panel and from the housekeeping mobile screen.
Night audit
End-of-day close and the occupancy forecast sit in the panel.
Branches and site
Company, branch, user and role are managed. The hotel’s public site and booking window are in the same app.
